Het Psychiatrisch Verzorgingstehuis (PVT) ‘Het Tempelhof’ behoort tot de zorggroep Berm en is partner in 'Kwadraat', Netwerk Geestelijke Gezondheid Midden-West-Vlaanderen.

Binnen het PVT hebben we oog voor de psychische kwetsbaarheid van de bewoners en bieden we hen zorg op maat. We blijven zoeken naar wat goed leven en wonen mogelijk maakt. Met iedere bewoner gaan we zowel individueel als in groep op weg.

We zorgen voor een huiselijke sfeer en willen dat alle bewoners zin en voldoening ervaren in hun relaties met anderen en dagelijkse activiteiten. Ook familie en naasten worden zoveel mogelijk betrokken.

Waar kan jij het verschil maken?

Je stelt alles in het werk om met onze bewoners verbinding te vinden, ter ondersteuning van hun herstelproces. Je streeft naar een positief leefklimaat door presentie en door het organiseren van activiteiten van het dagelijks leven. Daarnaast sta je ook in voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de woning(en) door taken in de indirecte zorg op te nemen.

Samen met jouw collega’s zorg je dat relevante informatie omtrent bewoners op een continue en systematische manier gedeeld wordt met het team. Tot slot zorg je dat de logistieke en administratieve taken binnen de woning(en) worden ingevuld.

  • Je bent zorgkundige en in het bezit van een visum.
  • Je hebt een grote affiniteit voor mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid.
  • Je bent bereid je in te scholen in de specifieke werkmethodes voor onze doelgroep.
  • Je werkt vanuit een bewoner- en herstelgerichte visie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en hebt een flexibele werkhouding.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en vindt het niet erg om alleen te staan in de woning.
