PW WaferTec GmbH unterstützt Hersteller in einer Vielzahl von Branchen, in denen Schneiden von Wafern, Präzisionsschleifen, Läppen, Polieren, Entgraten und Bearbeitungsgeräte für fortgeschrittene Werkstoffe häufig eingesetzt werden. Sie alle benötigen hochwertige, hochpräzise, stabile und ausgereifte Maschinen, um hochwertige Werkstücke herzustellen. Mit unserem globalen Netzwerk mit über 1000 hochqualifizierten Mitarbeitern an zehn Produktionsstandorten und mehreren Serviceniederlassungen sind wir immer nah an unseren Kunden. Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Servicegeschäfts suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis, ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung des 6\-köpfigen Teams Order Fulfillment, Incident und Field Service
  • Priorisierung und Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Erste Ansprechperson und Eskalationsinstanz für Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und dringende Servicefälle
  • Fachliche Matrix\-Abstimmung mit den Aftermarket\-, Tech\-Support\- und Serviceteams der Muttergesellschaft in Rendsburg
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Serviceprodukten sowie Ausbau des Servicegeschäfts in der Region Schweiz
  • Betreuung weltweiter Service Key Accounts sowie Cross\- und Upselling von Serviceverträgen
  • Entwicklung neuer Serviceangebote und \-konzepte gemeinsam mit dem Director Service \& Aftermarket
  • Operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (ca. 20\-30 %)

Unsere Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene technische GrundausbildungErfahrung im Servicegeschäft, insbesondere in der AuftragsabwicklungGute SAP\-Kenntnisse in den Modulen SD und CS, idealerweise S/4HANASehr gute Englischkenntnisse; ösischkenntnisse sind von VorteilAusgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie unternehmerisches DenkenOrganisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an internationaler ZusammenarbeitErste disziplinarische Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
