Unser Risk Assurance Team unterstützt Unternehmen dabei, Risiken strukturiert zu identifizieren, zu bewerten und wirksam zu steuern. In Ihrer Rolle übernehmen Sie Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Projekten und wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Mandanten und Teams mit. Dabei setzen wir gezielt auf innovative Methoden und moderne Technologien. Neben klassischen Internal Audit Leistungen umfasst unser Leistungsspektrum unter anderem: • Risiko- und Kontrollbewertungen • Risikomanagement • Geldwäscheprävention (AML) • Datenanalysen • IT bezogene Prüfungs- und Beratungsleistungen Ihre Verantwortung im Team: • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären, internationalen Projektteams in einem dynamischen Umfeld • Steuerung und Koordination mehrerer Mandate sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Direktoren und Partnern • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen auf Augenhöhe • Fachliche Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Associates und Trainees • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachkolleg:innen aus Business und Technology zur Beratung zu operationellen Risiken, Geschäftsprozessen, IT Systemen und Risikomanagement Frameworks Je nach Erfahrungsschwerpunkt übernehmen Sie Verantwortung in folgenden Bereichen: • Leitung bzw. Co Leitung von Internal Audit Mandaten • Bewertung der Angemessenheit und Wirksamkeit interner Kontrollsysteme • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von risikoorientierten Prüfungsplänen • Begleitung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Internal Audit Funktionen • Mitarbeit an weiteren Advisory Projekten im Bereich Internal Audit Das bringen Sie mit: • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium oder vergleichbarer Abschluss in Prüfungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Volkswirtschaft • Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Internal Audit oder Governance • Erfahrung in der Führung, Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden • Gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen in der Luxemburger Fond Industrie • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französisch ist ein Plus • Analytische und kritische Denkweise, Sachverhalte genau verstehen, hinterfragen und beurteilen• Gute Innenrevisionsberichtslegung, • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Produkten wie Word, Excel und PowerPoint Das bieten wir Ihnen: Bei PwC fördern wir Vielfalt und Chancengleichheit.
