Requisitos

  • Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Power Platform, com experiência prática em soluções utilizando Power Apps, Power Automate e demais componentes aplicáveis;
  • Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento e implementação de automações de processos e tarefas;
  • Experiência comprovada em gestão e acompanhamento de projetos, desde a definição do escopo até a entrega;
  • Participação em projetos ou iniciativas envolvendo Inteligência Artificial;
  • Capacidade de compreender necessidades de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos e soluções técnicas;
  • Experiência no acompanhamento de equipes de desenvolvimento e entregas técnicas;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e trabalho em equipe;
  • Habilidade para alinhamento e relacionamento com stakeholders;
  • Experiência no acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho, incluindo SLAs, KPIs e OKRs.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar na definição e desenvolvimento de escopos para automação de processos e tarefas;
  • Apoiar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento, implementação e evolução de automações;
  • Avaliar oportunidades de automação, considerando viabilidade técnica, eficiência e impacto para o negócio;
  • Acompanhar a equipe de desenvolvimento, apoiando a organização das demandas, prioridades e entregas;
  • Atuar em projetos e iniciativas com foco em Inteligência Artificial e novas tecnologias;
  • Realizar alinhamentos com stakeholders para levantamento de requisitos, acompanhamento das entregas e gestão de expectativas;
  • Acompanhar SLAs, KPIs e OKRs relacionados aos projetos e soluções desenvolvidas;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, eficiência operacional e transformação de processos.
