Wir suchen einen Verkaufsberater*in/Sales Assistent (m/w/d).

Die Arbeitszeit beträgt zwischen 10-20-30 Stunden pro Woche.

DEINE ROLLE:

Als Verkaufsberater*in/Sales Assistent (w/m/d) bist du das Gesicht von LINDBERGH in Hamburg. Du verkörperst unsere Marke und berätst unsere Kunden mit Leidenschaft und Expertise. Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und bieten dir die Möglichkeit, deine kreativen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten voll auszuschöpfen.

Beratung: Du begeisterst unsere Kunden für Mode und findest für jeden die passende Lösung.

Verkauf: Du erreichst deine Verkaufsziele und übertriffst die Erwartungen unserer Kunden.

Visual Merchandising: Du trägst zur Gestaltung eines ansprechenden Store-Ambientes bei und unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung des Wareneingangs und bei der Platzierung der Ware.

Kundenbindung: Du baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und sorgst für ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis.

Kundenclub: Du wirbst aktiv für unseren Kundenclub und gewinnst neue Mitglieder.

Kundenorientierung: Die Kunden stehen für dich im Mittelpunkt und mit deiner ausgeprägten Serviceorientierung hast du Freude daran, für sie die Extra-Meile zu gehen.

Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und unterstützt deine Kolleg*innen.
