1 Required Technical Skill Set**  DevOps knowledge and experience at expert level

 Experience of executing projects on Azure DevOps platform

 Interfacing and negotiation skills while working with

distinguished stakeholders across IT and business

 Enterprising to steer multiple DevOps demand funnel

3 Desired Experience Range** 7-10 Years relevant

4 Location of Requirement Brisbane, Australia

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more

than 3-5)

 CSM™, PSM™ or DevOps certifications

 3-5 years of sound DevOps experience

 Experience of working with distributed teams

 Desire to learn and mentor business, as additional responsibility

Good-to-Have  experience in Oil & Gas or related field

 Multiple CI/CD, automation tool experience

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Drive an integrated demand funnel from multiple business groups to drive a single DevOps

delivery

2 Actively engage with business users and product owners to maintain healthy pipeline

3 Continuously improve the maturity index of the DevOps program by adopting available digital

tools as well as adopting automations

4 Drive outcome with distributed teams

5 Engage with leadership to identify and develop opportunities
