Pysae édite la solution de gestion d'exploitation des réseaux de transport public : géolocalisation temps réel des véhicules, information voyageurs, pilotage des opérations. Nos clients sont les grands opérateurs du secteur — Transdev, Keolis, RATP — ainsi que des autorités organisatrices et des exploitants indépendants.

Nous connaissons une forte croissance, portée par un marché en pleine transformation numérique.

L’entreprise se développe en France, en Italie et à l’international.

Nous sommes quarante personnes basées à Rennes, Paris et Milan.

Vos missions principales

Nous recherchons un account executive pour notre équipe française.

  • Développer votre portefeuille clients sur votre périmètre en France: identifier les acteurs à adresser, anticiper les échéances contractuelles, faire grandir les comptes existants.
  • Porter le cycle de vente de bout en bout : qualification, identification des besoins, démonstration de la solution, chiffrage, négociation, signature.
  • Construire les propositions commerciales adaptées à chaque contexte, du réseau de petite taille au projet structurant, et répondre aux appels d'offres en appui avec notre équipe technique.
  • Représenter Pysae auprès des clients et partenaires lors des salons métier.

Profil recherché

  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en vente B2B technique : SaaS, édition logicielle, ESN, ingénierie, industrie ou tout secteur à cycles de vente structurés.
  • Capacité à mener des projets commerciaux complexes comme à conclure des ventes plus directes.
  • À l'aise dans la relation client, l'argumentation technique et la négociation.
  • Organisation, autonomie et goût pour les défis commerciaux.
  • Sensibilité à l'usage de l'IA comme levier d'efficacité, notamment sur les réponses aux appels d'offres.
  • En bonus: maitrise de l'anglais écrit et oral, pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
