In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen winkel. Je combineert coachend leiderschap met commercieel inzicht en zorgt samen met je team voor een uitstekende klantenervaring.

Als Winkelverantwoordelijke ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten professioneel advies krijgen, medewerkers optimaal kunnen functioneren en de commerciële doelstellingen worden behaald.

Jouw takenpakket

· Je verwelkomt klanten en geeft deskundig advies op maat.

· Je creëert een aantrekkelijke en inspirerende winkelomgeving.

· Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en zet deze om in concrete resultaten.

· Je volgt offertes, leads en commerciële dossiers nauwgezet op.

· Je werkt nauw samen met externe vertegenwoordigers om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.

· Je motiveert, begeleidt en coacht je team op dagelijkse basis.

· Je maakt de personeelsplanning op en verdeelt de werkzaamheden efficiënt.

· Je voert evaluatie- en opvolggesprekken en stimuleert de groei van medewerkers.

· Je beheert voorraad, bestellingen en goederenstromen.

· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte kassa- en geldverwerking.

· Je volgt promoties en marketingacties mee op.

· Je rapporteert de winkelresultaten aan het management.

Je bent een ondernemende professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het beste uit mensen haalt.

Jouw profiel

· Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

· Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team.

· Je hebt kennis van minstens één van volgende productgroepen: verf, behang, vloerbekleding of raamdecoratie.

· Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk.

· Je behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.

· Ervaring met ERP- of voorraadbeheersystemen is een pluspunt.

· Je bent een hands-on persoon die graag mee de schouders onder het werk zet.

· Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
