Voor een ambitieus en sterk gedigitaliseerd servicebedrijf zoeken wij een Product Specialist / Technisch Orakel. In deze sleutelfunctie ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat serviceherstellingen vlekkeloos verlopen.

  • Technisch aanspreekpunt: Je bent de telefonische reddingslijn voor techniekers op de baan wanneer zij technisch vastlopen.
  • Analyseren en bestellen: Je bestudeert de verslagen van techniekers, identificeert de juiste onderdelen en zorgt voor de correcte bestellingen.
  • Technologische ondersteuning: Je werkt met slimme, eigen software en digitale tools die je helpen bij onderdelenherkenning en technische analyses.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid: Je schakelt snel en accuraat, want jouw juiste analyse voorkomt vertragingen en zorgt voor een tevreden klant.
  • Sectorervaring: Sterke technische kennis van ramen, deuren, rolluiken, screens en beslag (zoals GU, Roto, Siegenia, Winkhaus).
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je begrijpt niet alleen hoe iets werkt, maar doorgrondt direct waarom iets niet werkt.
  • Digitaal vaardig: Goede computerskills om jouw praktijkkennis vlot te vertalen naar de digitale systemen.
  • Mentaliteit: Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig, communicatief sterk en gedreven om collega's vooruit te helpen.
  • Opleiding: Ervaring en logisch denkvermogen zijn belangrijker dan een specifiek diploma.
