Ben jij een werfleider die graag ownership neemt over zijn projecten en liever kwaliteit levert dan van werf naar werf te hollen? Voor een sterke speler in industriële infrastructuurwerken zoeken wij een Werfleider / Uitvoerder die mee bouwt aan uitdagende projecten in de Antwerpse haven.

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werf, werkt met een vaste ploeg en vormt samen met de projectleider de motor achter een succesvolle uitvoering.

  • Voorbereiden van projecten samen met de projectleider en opmaken van een realistische uitvoeringsplanning
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van vaste ploegen en onderaannemers
  • Toezien op een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werken
  • Bewaken van planning, rendement en budgetten
  • Opvolgen van kosten en prestaties op de werf
  • Samenwerken met de afrekenaar voor een correcte projectafhandeling
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega's en partners
  • Technisch meedenken en praktische oplossingen voorstellen bij uitdagingen op de werf
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en een vlotte uitvoering van het project
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Graduaat Bouw, Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met het organiseren van werkzaamheden en het aansturen van teams op de werf
  • Je bent technisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office 365
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Een rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
