Voor een groeiende internationale onderneming in regio Riemst zijn wij op zoek naar een Financieel Verantwoordelijke / Boekhouder. Door een recente uitbreiding van de activiteiten is de organisatie sterk gegroeid en wordt het financiële team verder versterkt.

Ben jij een ervaren finance professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en nauw samenwerkt met de directie? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor de algemene boekhouding en volgt de leveranciers- en klantenboekhouding op.
  • Je verzorgt de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen in samenwerking met de accountant en commissaris.
  • Je beheert en volgt de vaste activa op.
  • Je stelt fiscale aangiften op, waaronder btw- en vennootschapsbelastingaangiften.
  • Je volgt btw-recuperaties en fiscale verplichtingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert dagelijks de kasstromen en onderhoudt contacten met banken.
  • Je bereidt dossiers voor rond financieringen, leningen en subsidies en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je stelt budgetten op en bewaakt de financiële resultaten.
  • Je werkt financiële prognoses uit en ondersteunt de directie met relevante analyses.
  • Je maakt rapporteringen en managementdashboards op.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van personeelszaken en werkt samen met de loonadministratie.
  • Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden om administratieve en boekhoudkundige processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor financiële en administratieve aangelegenheden.
  • Bachelor of master in boekhouding, accountancy, finance of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen boekhouding en finance
  • Ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor of binnen een onderneming is een sterke troef
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel (o.a. draaitabellen en VERT.ZOEKEN)
  • Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware en ERP-systemen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt
