Als diagnosetechnieker speel je een cruciale rol in het onderhoud en de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark. Dankzij jouw technische expertise zorg je ervoor dat de verhuurmachines steeds veilig, bedrijfszeker en klaar voor gebruik zijn.

Jobomschrijving

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines zoals graafmachines, hoogwerkers, schaarliften, compressoren en aggregaten
  • Stellen van technische diagnoses en opsporen van storingen op mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch en elektrisch vlak
  • Herstellen en vervangen van defecte onderdelen
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles op inkomende en uitgaande verhuurmachines
  • Onderhouden van het volledige machinepark
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen op een efficiënte en duurzame manier
  • Sporadisch technische interventies uitvoeren bij klanten op de werf
  • Waken over de kwaliteit, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de machines
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding (elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je hebt ervaring als vrachtwagenmechanieker, heftruckmechanieker of technieker van bouw-, landbouw- of industriële machines
  • Je hebt idealiter minstens vijf jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Een VCA-certificaat is een plus
  • Je bent sterk in het stellen van diagnoses en het oplossen van technische storingen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Een heftruckattest is een plus
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen is een plus
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Een Rijbewijs BE is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht
