The posting

APK Group is actief in de aanleg en uitbouw van telecominfrastructuur. Binnen onze telecomafdeling zorgen onze techniekers dagelijks voor de uitvoering van uiteenlopende opdrachten bij klanten. Om deze werkzaamheden vlot te organiseren, zijn we op zoek naar een Dispatcher/Planner voor onze vestiging in Molenstede (Diest). In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur die instaat voor de dagelijkse planning van onze telecomtechniekers. Je houdt rekening met de beschikbare medewerkers, de geografische spreiding en de gemaakte klantafspraken. Daarnaast volg je de opdrachten nauwgezet op, ondersteun je techniekers bij praktische vragen en stem je af met verschillende interne en externe contacten. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat iedereen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats staat.

Jobomschrijving

  • Het opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning van onze techniekers.
  • Telefonisch beantwoorden van vragen van techniekers en hen ondersteunen bij ad-hoc problemen.
  • Rapporteren van ziektes, afwezigheden en verlof aan de personeelsdienst.
  • Afstemmen met interne klanten en doorgeven van info aan de juiste diensten.
  • Aanvragen van vergunningen zodat werken tijdig kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Telefonisch contacteren van klanten om afspraken te bevestigen of te herplannen.
  • Zorgen dat techniekers steeds weten welke klant en taak op de planning staat.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of minstens 3 jaar ervaring als dispatcher en/of planner.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis en kent je weg in postcodes.
  • Je bent sterk in PC-vaardigheden (mail, Excel, …).
  • Je kan goed luisteren, maar durft techniekers ook op hun verantwoordelijkheden wijzen.
  • Je schakelt snel, blijft kalm onder druk en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
