 At Qashier, we're building the leading all-in-one commerce platform for SMEs across Southeast Asia. We're looking for competitive, resilient sales hunters who love winning new business, thrive in the field, and are motivated by uncapped earnings.  This is a true new business acquisition role.

 There are no warm leads to inherit. Success comes from building your own pipeline, creating opportunities every day, and consistently closing merchants through disciplined outbound execution.

What You'll Own

You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to signed merchant.

Specifically, you will:

  • Build and manage your own pipeline through cold calls, walk-ins, Google Maps prospecting, referrals, networking, and creative outbound outreach.
  • Consistently execute high outbound activity (40+ quality prospecting touches daily) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet business owners face-to-face, understand how they operate, identify pain points, and recommend the right Qashier solution.
  • Own your sales metrics including pipeline health, activity levels, conversion rates, revenue, and forecast accuracy.
  • Negotiate confidently and close new merchant partnerships.
  • Partner closely with our Account Management team to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding experience.
  • Continuously improve your sales process, messaging, and prospecting strategy to outperform your targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, merchant acquisition, door-to-door sales, or business development.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable spending most of your time in the field meeting merchants.
  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong English and Filipino communication skills.
  • Based in Metro Manila and willing to travel within your assigned territory.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, POS, payments, or SME sales is an advantage—but strong sales athletes from other industries are encouraged to apply.
