Vos responsabilités :En tant que Senior Project Manager, vous prenez le leadership de projets d'envergure et intervenez comme véritable partenaire stratégique de nos clients.Vous serez notamment amené(e) à : Conseiller et accompagner le développement de projets immobiliers majeurs au Luxembourg Définir, structurer et piloter les budgets Assurer le suivi financier et administratif, de la budgétisation à la libération des garanties Diriger et coordonner le groupe d'études et l'ensemble des intervenants Superviser les processus d'adjudication et la passation des marchés Planifier et organiser les chantiers avec une vision globale et détaillée Piloter les réceptions et assurer la clôture technico-financière Encadrer et faire grandir une équipe interne de Project Managers Vous êtes au cœur de la performance des projets, avec une réelle autonomie et un impact direct ! Votre profil :Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur ou Architecte et vous disposez : De 7 années minimum d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine (expérience significative sur des projets complexes appréciée) ; D'une maîtrise du français (indispensable) ; La pratique de l'anglais, l'allemand ou du luxembourgeois constitue un atout ; D'une capacité à fédérer des équipes et à prendre des décisions. Nous recherchons un profil senior capable d'apporter vision, structure et exigence, tout en cultivant un esprit collaboratif.
