Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar e acompanhar processos e decisões judiciais;Apoiar a elaboração de petições, manifestações e peças de baixa e média complexidade;Realizar pesquisas jurídicas e apoiar pareceres e relatórios;Acompanhar prazos, movimentações processuais e execuções;Atualizar sistemas jurídicos e controles internos;Apoiar rotinas de audiências, acordos e providências processuais;Organizar documentos, subsídios e informações dos processos.Requisitos e qualificações Cursando Direito a partir do 4º período em diante;Boa comunicação escrita, organização e atenção aos detalhes;Horário compatível com as atividades do escritório. Vai somar se você: Conhecimento básico de prazos e atos processuais;Leitura e interpretação de decisões judiciais;Noções de peças e pesquisa jurídica;Noções de Direito Civil e Processo Civil;Excel e sistemas de acompanhamento processual.
