1. 参与制定公司的「AI 使用规则」：各岗位怎么向 AI 提需求、输出遵守什么格式、哪些场景能做哪些不能做——你写的规范全公司都会用； 2. 建设四大业务场景的 Prompt 模板库（标书撰写、报价测算、文献分析、汇报材料），让同事复制粘贴就能用出稳定效果； 3. 对比测试国内外主流大模型，负责 Prompt 的效果验证与持续调优，并用数据量化效率提升； 4. 给模板写清楚的使用说明、制作操作手册，面向非技术同事开展培训，确保模板真正被用起来； 5. 跟踪前沿 AI 工具动态，评估引入价值，推动团队实践沉淀。

1. 本科及以上在读，专业不限；每周可到岗 4–5 天，连续实习 3 个月以上； 2. 深度使用过至少 3 个主流大模型产品（如 DeepSeek / ChatGPT / Claude / 智谱 / Kimi / 豆包），能说出差异与各自擅长的场景； 3. 写过结构化 Prompt：会人设设定、输出约束、示例引导、格式控制等基本功，面试时能现场拆解自己写的 Prompt 并讲清设计理由； 4. 了解大模型的常见失效模式（幻觉、上下文溢出、指令漂移等），能区分"模型能力问题 / Prompt 设计问题 / 产品逻辑问题"； 5. 能用 Markdown 写出结构清楚的文档；会用 Excel 或同类表格工具整理台账类数据。
