Le Quartier LôDzé est à la recherche de Serveurs / Serveuses (H/F) en extra pour renforcer ses équipes de restauration. Nous recherchons des personne motivées, dynamiques et autonomes, dotées d’un excellent sens de l’accueil et du service, et soucieuses d’offrir une expérience client de qualité. Vos missions : • Préparer la salle et assurer la mise en place avant le service. • Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité. • Présenter l’offre de restauration, conseiller la clientèle et prendre les commandes. • Assurer le service des boissons, des petits-déjeuners, des déjeuners et des autres prestations proposées par l’établissement, selon les besoins. • Transmettre les commandes en cuisine et veiller à leur suivi. • Assurer le dressage, le débarrassage des tables et le maintien de la propreté des espaces de service. • Gérer les réservations, leur suivi et les demandes particulières des clients. • Effectuer les facturations et les encaissements. • Veiller à l’entretien du matériel mis à disposition et au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, notamment HACCP. • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de cuisine, de réception et les autres départements afin de garantir un service fluide et de qualité. • Renseigner la clientèle sur les activités et les attractions de la région du Valais. Profil recherché : • Expérience dans le service en restauration, idéalement en hôtellerie. • Formation dans le domaine de la restauration, un atout. • Excellent sens de l’accueil, de la communication et de la satisfaction client. • Bonne présentation, dynamisme et attitude professionnelle. • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. • Organisation, rapidité d’exécution et résistance au stress. • Sens du détail et respect des standards de service et des règles d’hygiène. • Flexibilité et disponibilité pour des horaires variés, y compris les week-ends, les jours fériés et les coupures. Nous vous offrons : • Réduction pour les collaborateurs/-trices dans les différents points de vente • 5 semaines de vacances, 6 jours fériés • Salaire selon la CCT applicable et 13e mois. • Cadre de travail dynamique et varié. Nous étudierons uniquement les dossiers complets (CV, lettre de motivation, certificats de travail, etc.) des candidats correspondant au profil recherché.
