Nosso time de Atendimento ajuda alunos e pais a encontrarem as melhores oportunidades de bolsas de estudo no Quero Bolsa e Melhor Escola.

Na prática, você vai conversar com pessoas que procuram nossos serviços, tirar dúvidas, apresentar opções de bolsas e ajudar na escolha até a realização da matrícula.

A rotina envolve tanto atendimento ao cliente quanto vendas, ou seja, você também vai entrar em contato com possíveis clientes para oferecer oportunidades de bolsas de estudo.

As vagas são temporárias, com possibilidade de prorrogação e/ou efetivação, dependendo do seu desempenho e das oportunidades na Qeevo.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Atender alunos e pais pelo WhatsApp, chat, e-mail e telefone, ajudando com dúvidas e informações sobre bolsas de estudo;
  • Entrar em contato com possíveis clientes para apresentar oportunidades de bolsas e realizar vendas;
  • Entender o que cada aluno procura e indicar as melhores opções de bolsas;
  • Negociar com os clientes, esclarecer dúvidas e ajudá-los a concluir a matrícula;
  • Registrar os atendimentos e atualizar as informações nos sistemas da empresa;
  • Trabalhar com metas de vendas e de quantidade e qualidade dos atendimentos.

REQUISITOS

  • Boa comunicação, tanto na fala quanto na escrita;
  • Gostar de conversar com pessoas, atender clientes e vender;
  • Ter iniciativa, vontade de aprender e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Saber lidar com metas e buscar bons resultados;
  • Ter organização e responsabilidade com as atividades do dia a dia.

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Já ter trabalhado com atendimento ao cliente, vendas ou negociação;
  • Ter experiência com metas de vendas ou atendimento;
  • Conhecer sistemas de atendimento ou CRM (ferramentas usadas para organizar os contatos com clientes).
