ESPONSABILIDADES

  • Apoiar as atividades do dia a dia do departamento jurídico corporativo;
  • Realizar pesquisas de legislação e entendimentos jurídicos, com orientação da equipe;
  • Acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos, atualizando sistemas e planilhas;
  • Auxiliar na organização e no arquivamento de documentos, contratos e pastas digitais;
  • Preencher modelos e minutas jurídicas padronizadas para revisão dos advogados;
  • Apoiar o controle de prazos e demandas do departamento;
  • Auxiliar na coleta de informações junto às áreas internas da empresa;
  • Dar suporte às rotinas de compliance, governança corporativa e LGPD;
  • Participar de reuniões e treinamentos internos, com foco no aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.

REQUISITOS

  • Estar cursando entre o 4º e o 7º semestre de Direito (Bacharelado);
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Word e Excel;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;
  • Proatividade, vontade de aprender e interesse em desenvolvimento contínuo;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencialmente em São José dos Campos/SP.

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Interesse ou conhecimentos básicos em contencioso e sistemas do Procon e tribunais;
  • Experiência anterior em estágio jurídico;
  • Familiaridade com organização e gestão de documentos;
  • Participação em cursos, eventos ou projetos acadêmicos na área jurídica.
