HSE Manager / HSE Specialist – Storskaligt bygg- och anläggningsprojekt

Vi söker erfarna HSE-specialister och HSE-ledare till ett omfattande bygg- och industriprojekt.

Projektet omfattar rivning av befintliga konstruktioner, hantering av förorenade massor, omfattande mark- och grundläggningsarbeten, betongarbeten samt uppförande av en större tekniskt avancerad byggnad.

Projektets omfattning och komplexitet ställer höga krav på arbetsmiljö, säkerhet, miljöledning och samordning mellan olika entreprenörer.

Om rollen

Som HSE Manager eller HSE Specialist arbetar du med att utveckla, implementera och följa upp projektets arbete inom hälsa, säkerhet och miljö. Du har en aktiv roll ute i produktionen och arbetar nära projektledning, entreprenörer och arbetsmiljöorganisationen.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Implementera och följa upp projektets HSE-planer och säkerhetsrutiner.
  • Genomföra skyddsronder, säkerhetsinspektioner och riskbedömningar.
  • Följa upp arbetsmiljörisker vid rivning, schaktning, sanering, lyft och betongarbeten.
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av arbetsmiljölagstiftning och tillämpliga föreskrifter.
  • Följa upp miljökrav, avfallshantering och hantering av förorenade massor.
  • Utreda incidenter, tillbud och olyckor samt följa upp åtgärder.
  • Genomföra säkerhetsintroduktioner och utbildningsinsatser.
  • Samordna HSE-frågor med entreprenörer och projektledning.
  • Bidra till en proaktiv säkerhetskultur på arbetsplatsen.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av HSE-arbete inom bygg, anläggning eller industri.
  • God kunskap om svensk arbetsmiljölagstiftning och relevanta AFS-föreskrifter.
  • Erfarenhet av riskfyllda arbeten såsom rivning, schaktning, tunga lyft och arbete med förorenade massor.
  • Erfarenhet av systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete och säkerhetsuppföljning.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att arbeta nära produktionen.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
  • Erfarenhet av BAS-P/BAS-U, ISO 45001 eller ISO 14001 är meriterande.
