About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Metaphysics Consultant to perform, promote and grow our Chinese fortune telling, Feng Shui, Divination and other Chinese metaphysics services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the reading, developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving sales, and enhancing the company's market presence through traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand clients' needs and perform the reading or recommend suitable metaphysics services.
  • Act as the primary contact for client enquiries regarding services and appointments.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across individual, corporate, and overseas (China and Malaysia) sectors.
  • Promote consultation services including fortune telling, Feng Shui audits, auspicious date selection, naming services, and metaphysics courses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop partnerships with businesses, associations, property agencies, and event organisers.
  • Support social media campaigns and content initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Explore opportunities for corporate talks and employee wellness initiatives involving Chinese metaphysics.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform a metaphysics service
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or relationship management.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
