Descripción del empleo

Tus responsabilidades:

  • Recibir los documentos que llegan, ya sea en formato físico o digital, y registrarlos para dejar constancia de su ingreso
  • Clasificar los documentos de acuerdo a su origen y ordenárlos alfabéticamente por fechas o códigos numéricos
  • Crear carátulas, expedientes e inventarios que describan claramente qué contiene cada documento o caja
  • Proteger los documentos de daños físicos, realizar limpiezas (quitar polvo, grapas) y asegurar su preservación a largo plazo
  • Facilitar el acceso a la información al personal de la empresa y llevar un control estricto de quién tiene cada documento en préstamo
  • Pasar la información en papel a formatos digitales para asegurar su vida a largo plazo

Requisitos

Para tener éxito en este rol necesitas:

  • Escolaridad: Preparatoria concluida
  • Experiencia en armado de expedientes, captura, archivo
  • Habilidad para acomodar por serie, folio, alfabéticamente
  • INDISPENSABLE SABER MANEJAR AUTO ESTÁNDAR Y CONTAR CON LICENCIA VIGENTE
