Descrição da vaga

Buscamos profissionais para atuar como inspetores(as) de produção e fornecedores, realizando inspeções semanais presenciais nas unidades fornecedoras de um de nossos clientes. A atuação terá como foco a avaliação dos processos produtivos, das condições higiênico-sanitárias, dos requisitos de Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e dos controles baseados em HACCP/APPCC.

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar inspeções semanais on-site nas instalações dos fornecedores, conforme procedimentos, checklists e orientações do cliente;
  • Avaliar as condições gerais de produção, incluindo higiene, organização, limpeza, manutenção, infraestrutura e fluxo operacional;
  • Verificar controles de qualidade e segurança de alimentos, incluindo temperatura, validade, identificação, rastreabilidade, controle de pragas, potabilidade da água e gestão de resíduos;
  • Avaliar a conformidade dos processos e produtos em relação às especificações estabelecidas pelo cliente, requisitos legais e padrões internos;
  • Emitir relatórios de inspeção completos, claros e consistentes, dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Atuar com imparcialidade, ética e confidencialidade, observando o código de ética, a política de conflito de interesses e os treinamentos de compliance e integridade da QIMA.

Qualificações

  • Formação acadêmica ou técnica em Alimentos, Engenharia de Alimentos, Nutrição, Química, Biologia, Medicina Veterinária ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência profissional na indústria de alimentos, especialmente em áreas relacionadas à segurança de alimentos, controle e garantia da qualidade, Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (P&D) ou produção;
  • Conhecimento dos conceitos, princípios e aplicação de Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF);
  • Conhecimento dos fundamentos do sistema de Análise de Perigos e Pontos Críticos de Controle (HACCP/APPCC);
  • Capacidade de avaliar processos, identificar desvios e reconhecer possíveis riscos à qualidade e à segurança dos alimentos;
  • Habilidade para analisar documentos, registros e evidências relacionadas aos processos produtivos e controles de qualidade;
  • Boa comunicação, organização, atenção aos detalhes e postura profissional para atuação junto a fornecedores;
  • Disponibilidade para realizar inspeções presenciais e deslocamentos semanais até as unidades fornecedoras;
  • Perfil analítico, senso crítico, autonomia e imparcialidade na condução das inspeções e no registro das informações.
  • Disponibilidade para atender semanalmente às atividades presenciais na região de Contagem - MG.
