The role

Once a restaurant goes live on qlub, our Account Management team makes sure it succeeds: staff offer qlub at every table, integrations work, and the partner sees the value. As an Account Management Intern, you will work closely with an existing Account Executive in Qatar to support a portfolio of restaurant partners from launch day onwards.

The role is mainly customer-facing and field-based. You will spend a large part of your week in restaurants across Doha, checking how qlub performs on the floor. You will also help solve POS and integration issues, so you need to be comfortable with technology.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out with customers, likes solving problems, and wants to learn how a fast-growing fintech drives usage across hundreds of restaurants.

What you’ll own

• Conduct training sessions for front-of-house staff at new and existing restaurants.

• Carry out performance visits at live outlets and send a field report to the Account Executive.

• Follow up on visit findings with the restaurant and the Account Executive until each issue is closed.

• Help solve POS and integration issues with the restaurant and our Integrations team.

• Help prepare and send partner success reports.

Who you are

• Confident speaking with external stakeholders.

• Confident in presenting.

• Organised, reliable, and able to follow through without being chased.

• Proactive and willing to learn.

What you’ll need

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree.

• Lived in Doha for 3+ years.

• Available full-time in Doha, and happy to move between restaurants during the day. A valid Qatar driving licence is a strong advantage.

• Tech-savvy, especially with AI tools.

• Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Comfortable working shifts, either 9am–6pm or 12pm–9pm.

Nice to have

• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
