Introductie: Voor verschillende fiduciaires in de regio's Antwerpen, Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, Oost-Vlaanderen, West-Vlaanderen en Brussel is QRS - Quality Recruitment Services op zoek naar gedreven en ervaren dossierbeheerders. Indien je op zoek bent naar een volgende stap in je loopbaan als (senior) dossierbeheerder, solliciteer dan via deze weg en creëer zo verschillende sollicitatiemogelijkheden voor jezelf. Jouw functie: - Dossierbeheer van A tot Z is voor jou dagelijkse kost. - Je behandelt verschillende dossiers en vennootschapsvormen in uiteenlopende sectoren. - Je behartigt ook alle fiscale aangelegenheden voor jouw dossiers. - Je staat klanten met raad en daad bij. Dit zowel telefonisch als persoonlijk. Jouw advies ontzorgt ondernemers helemaal. - Naast jouw eigen dossiers sta je (mee) in voor de opleiding en begeleiding van junior medewerkers. Je controleert hun werk, staat hen met raad en daad bij en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Een IAB of BIBF-titel is zeker een troef. Ben je met dit traject bezig dan wordt dit uiteraard ondersteund en verdergezet. - Heb je ambitie om het tot vennoot te schoppen? Ook dat is iets waar heel wat klanten van QRS voor open staan. Vereisten Wie zoeken we?: - Kandidaten met een passie voor dossierbeheer - Kandidaten met enkele jaren ervaring als dossierbeheerder - Jouw opleiding is minder belangrijk dan jouw ervaring en motivatie. Een bachelor accountancy of een Masterdiploma in een economische richting geeft jouw ervaring uiteraard een toegevoegde waarde. - Kandidaten die bereid zijn om in functie van hun werk zich regelmatig bij te scholen. - Kandidaten die minstens een eerste ervaring hebben met het aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers OF die het potentieel hebben om dit te doen. - Ook mensen die op zelfstandige basis wensen te werken (freelance) zijn van harte welkom.
