Description du poste

Terminal maritime de Cacouna

Le débardeur est responsable des travaux liés au chargement et déchargement des navires ainsi qu’à l’entreposage des cargaisons. Ce métier allie travail manuel, utilisation d’équipements spécialisés et travail en équipe, où efficacité et respect des normes de santé et sécurité vont de pair.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Effectuer le chargement, déchargement et l’entreposage la cargaison des navires ;
  • Entreposer les cargaisons en utilisant les équipements appropriés avec la possibilité d’utiliser de la machinerie lourde au besoin ;
  • Exécuter diverses tâches d’entretien, de préparation et d’aménagement des zones de travail ;
  • Respecter les procédures opérationnelles, s’adapter aux conditions changeantes et assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire.

Profil recherché :

  • Disponible pour travailler sur appel, selon des horaires variés (jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine) ;
  • Disponibilité pour travailler dans les différents terminaux maritimes de notre réseau (notamment Matane et Gaspé), sur une base régulière.
  • Intérêt pour le travail extérieur dans un contexte physique, manuel et non routinier ;
  • Aisance à travailler en hauteur ;
  • Faire preuve de rigueur en matière de santé et sécurité au travail ;
  • Savoir collaborer et travailler en équipe;

Horaire de travail :

L’horaire de travail est variable, selon les besoins opérationnels et vos disponibilités, et requiert d’être disponible sur appel.
