Som Teamledare är du inte bara den som står bredvid och coachar. Du är med ute på fältet, säljer tillsammans med teamet, sätter energin och visar vägen. Du får möjligheten att påverka både dina egna resultat och människorna omkring dig.

Om rollen

Vi söker dig som redan har bevisat att du kan sälja och som haft en ledande roll tidigare.

Vi arbetar med fält-, dörr- och eventförsäljning, där du kombinerar eget försäljningsarbete med att leda, coacha och utveckla ditt team.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Följa upp och utveckla teamets prestation genom individuella samtal
  • Planera och genomföra säljutbildningar
  • Coacha och stötta säljarna ute på fältet
  • Skapa energi, motivation och lagkänsla
  • Sätta mål och hjälpa teamet att nå dem
  • Vara aktiv i försäljningen och leda genom att själv gå först

Vem är du?

Du behöver inte vara en färdig ledare – men du behöver ha drivet att bli en.

Vi tror att du:

  • Är 20+ och vill arbeta heltid
  • Har erfarenhet av direktförsäljning, exempelvis fält-, event- eller dörrförsäljning
  • Har B-körkort
  • Behärskar svenska flytande i tal och skrift
  • Är tävlingsinriktad, målinriktad och lösningsorienterad
  • Gillar att ta ansvar och få saker att hända
  • Motiveras av att utveckla både dig själv och andra
