Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig en tijdig verwerken, controleren en bewaken van de financiële administratie. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan een juiste en volledige financiële verslaglegging en je ondersteunt bij periodieke rapportages en aansluitingen tussen verschillende administraties en systemen.

Je gaat je onder andere bezig houden met:

  • Verwerken van inkoop, waaronder het toewijzen van coderingen, verwerken en controleren van inkoopfacturen;
  • Volledig beheer van debiteuren, waaronder bewaking van openstaande posten;
  • Controleren en aansluiten van subadministraties met het grootboek;
  • Uitvoeren van omzetaansluitingen tussen verschillende operationele systemen en het ERP-pakket;
  • Ondersteuning bij de maandelijkse afsluiting: het maken van periodieke reserveringen en correctieboekingen;
  • Aangiftes omzetbelasting;

Verder is er genoeg ruimte om met ideeën en initiatieven te komen om verschillende processen op deze afdeling te verbeteren en te automatiseren.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde mbo4/hbo opleiding richting administratie/boekhouding;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, met sterke boekhoudkundige kennis;
  • Uitstekende Excel-skills;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Oracle;
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands;

Je bent accuraat bij het voeren van de administratie. Met een grote mate van zelfstandigheid om werkzaamheden te zien en op te pakken. Je durft initiatief nemen om processen te verbeteren. Je combineert dit met communicatieve vaardigheden om in staat te zijn om met andere afdelingen te communiceren en overleggen.
