The posting

Main Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new telecom business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships while addressing support inquiries
  • Deliver tailored technical offers matching specific client business needs
  • Collaborate with management to target key accounts and growth opportunities
  • Work with suppliers regularly to widen current product offerings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments continuously

What skills do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, or related fields
  • Minimum three years experience in sales/business development, ideally within the Maltese market
  • Background in IT networks, telecom equipment, or hardware sales preferred
  • Proven track record driving the full sales process to closure
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a self-motivated, client-focused mindset
  • Proactive and creative thinker driving innovative ideas with strategic vision

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
