The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a dynamic global environment, and brings a passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving measurable outcomes.

  • Leverage CRM data and conversation intelligence platforms, such as Gong, to identify performance gaps and develop targeted coaching initiatives.
  • Design and manage sales certification programs, including competency frameworks, assessments, learning modules, and performance tracking.
  • Support deal inspection and coaching practices that improve sales effectiveness and decision-making.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs covering onboarding, sales methodologies, certification, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person workshops, virtual training sessions, and self-paced learning experiences for SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, pre-sales teams, Customer Success teams, and sales managers.
  • Partner with the Global Director to deliver the Sales Coaching Excellence Programme, supporting its rollout and ongoing adoption across North America.
  • Design structured onboarding and ramp-up programs that accelerate employee readiness and time to productivity.
  • Develop scalable learning resources that enable sales teams and managers to independently access and apply best practices.

Content Development & Sales Enablement

  • Create impactful sales enablement materials, including playbooks, battle cards, discovery guides, competitive intelligence resources, qualification scorecards, and scenario-based learning exercises.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to support product launches, competitive positioning, and consistent messaging across global sales teams.
  • Establish and maintain standardized account planning frameworks and support their regional adoption.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, develop engaging learning experiences, and improve enablement efficiency.
  • Contribute to innovative automation and AI-driven workflows that enhance the delivery and scalability of enablement programs.

Global Collaboration & North American Enablement

  • Serve as a key enablement partner for North American sales leadership, ensuring global programs are effectively adapted to regional business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify enablement priorities, align initiatives with business objectives, and manage competing demands.
  • Support consistent implementation of global enablement standards while addressing regional sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop communication and reinforcement strategies that encourage long-term adoption of enablement programs.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Revenue Operations and sales leadership to define and track enablement effectiveness through meaningful performance metrics.
  • Analyze qualification discipline, certification completion, coaching activity, pipeline conversion, win rates, quota attainment, and new-hire ramp time.
  • Evaluate the commercial impact of enablement initiatives, including their influence on new bookings and recurring revenue.
  • Use data-driven insights and clear attribution methods to refine programs, prioritize initiatives, and continuously improve sales performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success developing sales onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through commercial outcomes such as win rates, pipeline conversion, quota attainment, ramp time, or recurring revenue.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering engaging training to sales professionals, customer success teams, and leadership.
  • Experience developing practical, self-service sales enablement resources that drive adoption and support independent learning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret CRM data, conversation intelligence, and learning platform analytics.
  • Experience using generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or equivalent platforms, to enhance content development and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
