Voor kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar ben jij het gezicht van een fijne bso-middag. Iemand die ziet wat een kind nodig heeft, jij brengt rust en plezier. Ben jij die persoon? Dan zoeken wij jou.

Bij onze bso is geen dag hetzelfde De ene middag bouw je met kinderen een raket van karton, de andere dag voetbal je buiten tot de schemering. We hebben de ruimte, de materialen én de vrijheid om samen met jou een plek te maken waar kinderen écht opladen na school, vol beweging, creativiteit en contact met de natuur.

Je werkt op één van onze BSO-locaties in de regio: Gouda, Waddinxveen, Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel, Moordrecht, Bodegraven, Reeuwijk, Zevenhuizen of Oudewater. Welke locatie het beste bij jou past, bespreken we samen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar en bent voor hen een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt
  • Je biedt activiteiten aan die passen bij de behoeften en het ontwikkelniveau van de kinderen
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijkheid en een sfeer waarin kinderen zich thuis voelen
  • Je werkt samen met je team aan een leuke dag én aan de pedagogische kwaliteit van de locatie
  • Je onderhoudt warm en helder contact met ouders
  • Tijdens schoolvakanties werk je volledige dagen en help je een uitdagend vakantieprogramma opzetten

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding waarmee je mag werken in op de bso. Check hier of jouw diploma kwalificeert!
  • Je hebt een positieve, energieke houding
  • Je kunt je goed inleven in kinderen, ouders en collega's
  • Je bent creatief, praktisch én organisatorisch sterk
  • Je communiceert helder en zorgvuldig
  • Je staat open voor feedback en blijft graag leren
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Salaris volgens cao Kinderopvang schaal 6: €2.641 – €3.630 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • 8% vakantiegeld én 8% eindejaarsuitkering
  • 210 vakantie-uren per jaar (o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km
  • Pensioenregeling via PFZW, met mogelijkheid tot vrijwillige extra opbouw

  • Jaarlijkse sportbijdrage, want ook jij verdient beweging
