Met rust, ritme en aandacht maak jij van de groep een plek waar kinderen zich veilig genoeg voelen om de wereld te ontdekken.

En dat in een periode die telt: de eerste vier jaar leggen kinderen de basis voor wie ze later worden. En jij staat er middenin.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleid baby’s en peuters (0 – 4 jaar) door hun dag
  • Bedenk en bied activiteiten aan die passen bij hun ontwikkelingsfase
  • Zorg voor nabijheid, een vast ritme en een vertrouwde sfeer op de groep.
  • Werk samen met je team aan een leuke dag én aan de pedagogische kwaliteit op de locatie.
  • Houd ouders persoonlijk en helder op de hoogte van hoe het met hun kind gaat.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding die je kwalificeert voor de kinderopvang. Check hier of jouw diploma voldoet!
  • Je voldoet aan de 3F-taaleis (IKK).
  • Je hebt een babycertificaat, of bent bereid dit te halen.
  • Je bent inzetbaar voor 8 tot 36 uur

Waar kom je te werken? Quadrant heeft kinderdagverblijven door de hele regio. Onder andere in Gouda, Waddinxveen, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, Moordrecht, Bodegraven, Reeuwijk, Zevenhuizen en Oudewater.

We werken met baby-, peuter- en verticale groepen (0–4 jaar). Welke locatie en werkdagen bij jou passen, bepalen we samen, we denken graag met je mee en doen je een passend aanbod.

Wat bieden we je?

  • Salaris volgens cao Kinderopvang, schaal 6 (€2.749 – €3.684 o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • 8% vakantiegeld in mei én 8% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • 210 vakantie-uren per jaar (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km.
  • Pensioen via PFZW, met de mogelijkheid om vrijwillig extra op te bouwen.
  • Interne trainingen en vergoeding van relevante externe opleidingen.
  • Korting op kinderopvang voor je eigen kinderen.
  • Een jaarlijkse werkgeversbijdrage voor sport (abonnement of lessen).
