En Quala México buscamos un(a) Gerente de Marca que quiera asumir el reto de liderar integralmente una marca, desde la construcción de su estrategia hasta la ejecución de iniciativas que generen crecimiento, posicionamiento y rentabilidad.

Este es un rol con alta exposición al negocio, en el que tendrás la oportunidad de interactuar y movilizar a diferentes áreas de la organización, tomar decisiones estratégicas y convertir rápidamente las ideas en acciones concretas.

Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia y ejecución de la marca, entendiendo profundamente a nuestro consumidor y al mercado para identificar oportunidades, desarrollar iniciativas y asegurar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.

Trabajarás de manera transversal con diferentes áreas para lograr resultados, teniendo una visión integral de marketing, comercial y negocio.

¿Qué harás?

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marca, desarrollando el mix de marketing y las iniciativas necesarias para impulsar su crecimiento.
  • Liderar lanzamientos y estrategias comerciales y publicitarias, asegurando una ejecución efectiva y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Entender al consumidor y el mercado, utilizando información del terreno y diferentes indicadores para identificar oportunidades de optimización y crecimiento.
  • Gestionar el desempeño de la marca, dando seguimiento a KPIs, presupuesto y resultados para tomar decisiones enfocadas en crecimiento y rentabilidad.
  • Movilizar equipos interdisciplinarios, influyendo y construyendo acuerdos con diferentes áreas para llevar las iniciativas de la marca a la acción.
  • Presentar y sustentar iniciativas estratégicas ante diferentes niveles de liderazgo, construyendo credibilidad y generando impacto en el negocio.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos una persona con 2 a 3 años de experiencia en Marketing o Trade Marketing, idealmente en compañías de consumo masivo o farmacéuticas OTC.

Será importante que cuentes con:

  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años manejando marcas.
  • Experiencia liderando la ejecución de planes comerciales de una marca en diferentes canales.
  • Conocimiento del consumidor y mercado de la categoría en la que has trabajado.
  • Experiencia en manejo de presupuesto de marca.
  • Conocimiento de publicidad y desarrollo de estrategias de comunicación para marcas.
  • Pensamiento numérico y analítico para interpretar indicadores y tomar decisiones de negocio.
  • Una clara visión y gusto por los negocios, con orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad de influencia y trabajo transversal para movilizar equipos aun sin tener una relación de reporte directo.
  • Habilidad para presentar, sustentar y movilizar iniciativas ante diferentes niveles directivos.
