Estamos buscando un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Proyectos de Seguridad Tecnológica para impulsar la evolución de la ciberseguridad en Quala apalancada con Inteligencia Artificial, liderando la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas que protejan la información, fortalezcan la seguridad de la organización y contribuyan a la continuidad del negocio.

En este rol tendrás el reto de llevar tus conocimientos técnicos al siguiente nivel, participando en proyectos estratégicos, impulsando iniciativas de mejoramiento continuo y explorando nuevas capacidades de seguridad apoyadas en inteligencia artificial.

¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar la implementación de proyectos de Seguridad Tecnológica, llevando soluciones desde su ejecución hasta su estabilización, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos, tiempos, calidad y documentación.
  • Fortalecer continuamente la postura de ciberseguridad de la compañía, identificando oportunidades de mejora, gestionando hallazgos y promoviendo acciones que permitan anticipar y minimizar riesgos tecnológicos.
  • Impulsar soluciones innovadoras en seguridad, participando en iniciativas estratégicas y en la incorporación de inteligencia artificial para desarrollar nuevas capacidades que fortalezcan la protección tecnológica del negocio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Telemática, Ingeniería Electrónica o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo un año de experiencia en la administración y gestión de plataformas y herramientas de Seguridad Tecnológica, como antivirus, firewalls, SIEM y soluciones de filtrado web, entre otras.
  • Sólida base técnica en redes e infraestructura tecnológica, con capacidad para comprender, implementar y fortalecer soluciones de seguridad.
  • Interés por evolucionar desde la gestión técnica hacia el liderazgo de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Deseable conocimiento o experiencia en inteligencia artificial
  • Competencias de análisis y solución de problemas, orientación al logro, influencia y trabajo efectivo en equipo.
