  • 🌟 Atraerás al mejor talento: Diseñarás y ejecutarás estrategias de búsqueda para identificar candidatos profesionales, administrativos y corporativos.
  • 🔍 Identificarás talento de alto potencial: Realizarás filtros, sondeos y entrevistas iniciales para encontrar a las personas que mejor respondan a nuestros retos.
  • 🤝 Serás un socio estratégico: Trabajarás de la mano con los clientes internos para entender sus necesidades y asegurar procesos de selección efectivos.
  • 📊 Tendrás el control de tus procesos: Mantendrás actualizadas las bases de datos, herramientas de seguimiento y estatus de candidatos y vacantes.
  • ⚡ Harás que las cosas sucedan: Darás seguimiento puntual a cada proceso, priorizando actividades y reaccionando rápidamente ante cualquier bloqueo.
  • 🧠 Tomarás decisiones con información: Analizarás perfiles, avances y resultados para mantener el ritmo de las vacantes y asegurar su cobertura.

¿Qué te hará exitoso?

  • 🎓 Escolaridad: Licenciatura concluida en Psicología, Administración o carrera afín.
  • 👥 Experiencia: 1 a 2 años máximo en Reclutamiento y Selección.
  • 🔎 Experiencia en perfiles profesionales: Haber reclutado perfiles profesionales, administrativos o corporativos.
  • 📊 Organización y seguimiento: Capacidad para administrar diferentes vacantes y procesos simultáneamente, manteniendo el control de cada uno.
  • 💻 Herramientas: Experiencia utilizando plataformas de reclutamiento, bases de datos y herramientas de seguimiento.
  • 🚀 Actitud: Buscamos una persona ágil, proactiva, analítica y con iniciativa para resolver.
  • 🗣️ Comunicación: Facilidad para relacionarse con candidatos y clientes internos.
