Requisitos:

Experiencia: Entre cero y dos años (incluyendo la práctica) en procesos logísticos.

Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

Disponibilidad: Tiempo completo en Tocancipá, con turnos rotativos.

Conocimientos: En procesos logísticos, gestión de equipos y mejora continua.

Lo que hará especial este rol en Quala:

Serás parte de una operación logística propia que atiende a más de 400.000 clientes, con 2 centros de distribución y 18 almacenes que mueven 15 millones de cajas al año.

Tendrás la responsabilidad de un proceso logístico completo, con espacio para analizar, proponer y liderar mejoras.

Contarás con una ruta clara de crecimiento profesional, que te permitirá proyectarte hacia posiciones de gerencia en Colombia o en otros países.
