  • Serve as the primary liaison between auditors and HR teams, ensuring requirements and responses are clear, accurate, and timely.
  • Lead periodic walkthroughs with functional partners and auditors, and maintain process flowcharts, narratives, risk and control matrices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate audit requests and responses with process and control owners while minimizing business disruption.
  • Partner with process and control owners to:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of core HR processes and supporting systems, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, HRIS, and payroll.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting internal and external audits and assessments, including SOX, SOC, ISO, cybersecurity, statutory, and government reviews.
  • Strong knowledge of internal control design and testing, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, remediation, and audit documentation standards.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, regulatory requirements, and data privacy principles, with the ability to evaluate their impact on HR policies, processes, systems, and data.
  • Strong project and change management capabilities, with a proven ability to balance competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive issues to timely resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, practical guidance.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information, along with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with Legal, Data Privacy, Information Security, Internal Audit, and other key stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in a highly regulated, global organization, preferably in technology, financial services, healthcare, or another industry with complex audit, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
