Position Summary

Qualcomm Compute Business Unit is seeking an accomplished technology and product strategy leader to serve as Head of Enterprise Strategy.

This senior leadership role will define the technical and product strategy required to accelerate Snapdragon adoption across commercial and enterprise computing.

The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Enterprise PC technology stack, spanning silicon and platform architecture, operating systems, security, manageability, device deployment, software and application compatibility, AI, cloud services, enterprise infrastructure, and IT lifecycle requirements.

This leader will work directly with enterprise customers, OEMs, Microsoft, ISVs, ecosystem partners, and Qualcomm product and engineering teams to identify the capabilities and technical differentiation required for Snapdragon platforms to win in Enterprise.

A core responsibility will be translating Enterprise customer and IT requirements into Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), platform requirements, product roadmaps, software requirements, and differentiated end-to-end solution strategies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Enterprise Technology Strategy / Enterprise MRD

  • Define and own the end-to-end Enterprise technology and product strategy for Snapdragon Compute platforms.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Enterprise IT architectures, workflows, and procurement requirements and translate those requirements into Qualcomm product and platform strategy.
  • Establish the technical requirements and differentiation necessary for Snapdragon platforms to scale across commercial and enterprise deployments.
  • Identify gaps across silicon, hardware, firmware, OS, software, security, manageability, applications, and cloud services that may limit Enterprise adoption.
  • Build a multi-year view of the capabilities required to establish Snapdragon as a leading Enterprise compute platform.
  • Own the process for capturing and translating Enterprise customer requirements into actionable MRDs and platform requirements.
  • Create structured requirement frameworks covering performance, battery life, security, manageability, deployment, application compatibility, device lifecycle, connectivity, AI, and total cost of ownership.
  • Prioritize requirements based on Enterprise customer impact, competitive differentiation, ecosystem readiness, and business opportunity.
  • Translate customer and ecosystem requirements into recommendations influencing silicon, platform, software, and product roadmaps.
  • Establish clear success criteria and KPIs for Enterprise product readiness.
  • Define the Enterprise value proposition and technical differentiation of Snapdragon platforms relative to alternative PC architectures and competitive platforms.
  • Identify areas where Snapdragon architecture can create differentiated Enterprise experiences through performance-per-watt, connectivity, security, AI, manageability, and platform integration.
  • Work with product, engineering, and technical marketing teams to ensure differentiated capabilities are measurable, demonstrable, and relevant to Enterprise IT decision makers.
  • Develop technical frameworks that translate platform capabilities into meaningful Enterprise outcomes.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Enterprise computing architectures, competitive platforms, and emerging technology trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 12+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
  • 4+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.
  • 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
  • 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.
  • Significant experience working with Enterprise computing platforms and Enterprise IT requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex customer and market requirements into product definitions, MRDs, platform requirements, or technology roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware and software architectures and the interaction between silicon, operating systems, platform software, and applications.
  • Deep knowledge of the Windows commercial PC ecosystem and Enterprise IT environment.
  • Experience with Enterprise security, endpoint management, device provisioning, identity, application compatibility, and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Intune, and enterprise security and management architectures.
  • Experience working with major PC OEMs, Enterprise customers, software vendors, and cloud or platform companies.
  • Strong understanding of AI PC architectures, including NPU, CPU, and GPU compute, on-device AI, hybrid AI, and Enterprise AI workloads.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
