Collaborateur administratif \- CDD jusqu’au (100%)

Missions du poste au sein du Caredesk Remboursements:

  • Gérer la partie administrative du département Caredesk Remboursements (courrier entrant et sortant)
  • Support aux différentes équipes (Saisie, Gestion, Sociétariat \& Comptabilité).

Gestion Opérationnelle :

  • Ouverture, tri et distribution du courrier entrant et sortant
  • Gestion des commandes via la réception de l'entreprise
  • Gestion des étiquettes et des envois pour les assureurs, prestataires et clients
  • Aide et support aux équipes du Caredesk Remboursements en fonction des besoins
  • Traitement des différents listings
  • Classement et archivage des documents
  • Tâches diverses demandées par le responsable hiérarchique.

Votre profil :

  • Au bénéfice d’un CFC d’employé (\-e) de commerce ou équivalent
  • Première expérience dans une fonction administrative, idéalement avec une part importante de saisie informatique
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Volontaire et organisé(e)
  • Esprit d'équipe et volonté d’apporter un soutien concret aux différents interlocuteurs
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (écrit et oral)
  • Connaissances de base de la LAMal un véritable atout
  • Esprit d’équipe, dynamique et proactif(ve)
