Para continuar essa expansão, buscamos um(a) BDR com perfil hunter, que goste de abrir portas, gerar oportunidades e transformar prospecção em novos negócios. Procuramos alguém movido por desafios, metas e resultados, com energia para prospectar ativamente e construir um pipeline consistente.

Se você gosta de vendas consultivas, tem iniciativa e não espera as oportunidades aparecerem, queremos conhecer você.

O que você fará

Você será responsável por impulsionar nossa geração de novos negócios, atuando diretamente na prospecção de empresas e abertura de oportunidades para o time comercial.

Principais responsabilidades

Você será peça-chave na expansão comercial da Qualiserve:

  • Prospectar ativamente empresas do mercado B2B por meio de cold call, e-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp e outras estratégias de outbound
  • Identificar e qualificar potenciais clientes, entendendo seus desafios e oportunidades de negócio
  • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de Executivos de Contas
  • Manter o CRM (HubSpot e Microsoft Dynamics) atualizado com informações estratégicas sobre o funil de vendas
  • Executar cadências de prospecção com disciplina e alta produtividade
  • Contribuir com ideias e melhorias para aumentar a eficiência da operação comercial

  • Facilidade para realizar cold call e abordar decisores

  • Perfil resiliente, competitivo e orientado a resultados
  • Experiência com CRM, preferencialmente HubSpot e/ou Microsoft Dynamics
  • Interesse pelo mercado de tecnologia, Cloud, Inteligência Artificial e Cibersegurança
  • Conhecimento do ecossistema Microsoft será um diferencial
