Responsibilities

  • Support account handlers in contract implementation, onboarding, and client setup.
  • Provide sales administration support, including quotation preparation, system setup, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate client meetings, service reviews, and renewal discussions.
  • Handle client enquiries, service requests, and servicing issues.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality client service.
  • Prepare utilization reports and client documentation.
  • Manage contract renewal tracking and status updates.
  • Coordinate wellness programmes, health talks, vaccination programmes, and related events.
  • Support sales activities and provide general sales support.
  • Assist account handlers in coordinating client projects and initiatives.
  • Handle special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and provide backup support for teammates as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in healthcare or medical insurance company is preferred
  • Independent, customer-oriented & attention to details
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communications skills, especially Chinese & English
  • Teamplayer who is detail-minded and can work under pressure in a flexible environment
