Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Quality Elite Healthcare Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and effective patient care. This position is essential in supporting our healthcare team and enhancing the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by nursing staff.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification.
  • Experience in geriatrics or critical care preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical-surgical procedures and physiology.
  • Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Cerner is a plus.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is beneficial but not required.
