We are looking for new colleagues in Qualysoft teams for diverse projects providing continuous learning opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate hiring processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment guidance to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reporting within the ATS.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technology landscapes.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interviewing skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
