We are looking for new colleagues in Qualysoft teams for diverse projects providing continuous learning opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing the testing activities for the new Anti-Financial Crime (Netreveal) system, including the development of the overall test plan
  • Coordinating testing activities across all teams and business areas involved in the Anti-Financial Crime processes
  • Identifying, assessing and continuously monitoring testing risks
  • Planning the required testing resources
  • Defining the test schedule and appropriate test types
  • Planning and coordinating the required test environments
  • Coordinating both manual and automated testing activities
  • Preparing test status reports and other testing-related documentation
  • Monitoring and overseeing the management and resolution of defects identified during testing

Requirements

  • Several years of Test Management experience within the banking sector
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager
  • Experience in developing and executing test strategies for integrated banking systems
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Experience with Jira and test management tools
  • Willingness to work from the office; after the onboarding period, 2 days of home office per week are currently possible

Nice to have

  • Experience in Anti-Financial Crime, e.g. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or sanctions screening
  • Experience working in a financial institution
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience with Jira Xray
