  • Support leadership communications by preparing announcements, presentations and Q&A materials, with guidance from the Communications team.
  • Help organise internal events, all-hands meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions, including invitations, content preparation and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with HR to improve onboarding materials and help new colleagues understand Quandela’s activities, culture and priorities.
  • Maintain an internal editorial calendar and help keep shared information and resources up to date.
  • Gather employee feedback and monitor engagement to identify practical ways to improve our internal communications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
