Vamos te entregar um território fértil, mas que precisa de direção, tração e ousadia.📊 Aqui, você vai fazer:Desenvolvimento e liderança de estratégias para expansão da previdência nos ecossistemas cooperativos;Relacionamento institucional com cooperativas, promovendo confiança e proximidade com lideranças e gestores;Criação de planos de ação personalizados para ativar e expandir a previdência associativa em cada parceiro;Tradução de dados estratégicos em narrativas, apoiando a execução do Plano Institucional junto a conselhos e diretorias;Análise de dados e integração de informações internas e de mercado para apoiar decisões estratégicas e operacionais;Atuação como ponte entre áreas internas da Quanta e parceiros externos, garantindo fluidez e alinhamento nas ações;Realização de diagnósticos estratégicos e análises de maturidade das cooperativas para direcionar estratégias segmentadas;Implementação e acompanhamento de planos de ação e níveis de serviço, como campanhas, treinamentos e incentivos;Ativação do portfólio institucional e promoção da nova narrativa da previdência como legado estratégico;Condução de apresentações, workshops e treinamentos, além da análise de KPIs e produção de relatórios para apoiar decisões.Requisitos e qualificações💼 O que esperamos de você:Pós-graduação em Estratégia, Negócios, Marketing, Cooperativismo ou Previdência Complementar ou correlatas;C-Pro I ativa;Pelo menos 6 anos de vivência prévia com cooperativas ou em plataformas de investimentos e/ou seguradoras.Experiência em interlocução com Dirigentes, Diretores, Conselheiros;Experiência com monitoramento e análise indicadores comerciais (OKRs, KPIs e métricas de área);Visão estratégica de negócios;Foco em execução e resultados;Experiência com coordenação de planos de ação táticos e estratégicos;Experiência em condução de palestras e treinamentos;Postura de dono(a), com brilho nos olhos e um drive incansável por resultado com propósito.Diferencial:CFPInformações adicionais😋VA/VR: R$ 1.820,29 + 250,00 Benefício flexível🛣️ Vale transporte💉Plano de Saúde - sem coparticipação e sem custos para você e seus dependentes🤓Plano odontológico - sem coparticipação e sem custos para você💲Aporte Previdência Privada👶🏻Auxílio Creche / Babá / Educação infantil🙏🏼Seguro de Vida📚Auxílio Educação (após 6 meses)💰PPR 2x ao ano (conforme indicadores e desempenho)🥳 Day off no aniversário💆🏾‍♀️ Programa de bem-estar👩🏻‍💻 Treinamentos
