The posting

At Quantcast, we don't just build advertising technology, we revolutionize how it works. Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?

Quantcast is redefining performance advertising through Q+, our AI-powered autonomous performance platform. As we move toward a more self-serve, outcomes-driven commercial model, the strength of our market positioning, differentiation and go-to-market execution is critical to winning customers.

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Lead to define why Quantcast wins, translate complex product innovation into compelling customer value and build the positioning, proof points and GTM plans that help our commercial teams compete effectively. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Marketing, you will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Revenue.

This is a senior, hands-on strategic role. You will not simply coordinate launches or create collateral: you will develop a deep understanding of our buyers, competitors and product advantage, shape the commercial narrative and influence how we bring Q+ and Quantcast’s solutions to market.

What you'll do:

Product Positioning & Commercial Differentiation • Own differentiated positioning, value propositions, messaging architecture and proof-point frameworks across Q+, Quantcast’s platform, AI capabilities and priority solutions. • Answer the central commercial questions: why choose Quantcast, why now, why over competing DSPs, and what evidence substantiates our claims? • Translate AI, automation, optimization, measurement and performance capabilities into credible business outcomes for enterprise and mid-market buyers. • Build consistent but differentiated narratives by ICP segment, vertical, buyer persona and use case; ensure messaging reflects the needs of both managed-service and evolving self-serve motions.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches • Partner with Product Leadership to shape GTM strategy from market opportunity and customer problem through audience definition, positioning, launch plan and adoption. • Own product marketing workstreams for launches, including messaging, differentiation, proof, buyer narratives, field-readiness inputs and cross-functional activation. • Establish clear launch objectives and post-launch learning loops, using adoption, customer feedback and commercial signals to refine positioning and GTM decisions. • Work with Integrated Marketing, Revenue and Customer Success to bring product narratives consistently into campaigns, customer engagement and commercial programs.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Insight • Build an actionable competitive intelligence discipline focused on the DSP landscape, alternative buying approaches, market shifts and buyer objections. • Develop fact-based competitive positioning and source material for battlecards, objection responses and sales plays; partner with Commercial Learning & Content on field-ready production. • Conduct customer, prospect and seller research to understand buying triggers, objections, lost deals, differentiation gaps and unmet needs. • Bring structured market and customer insight back to Product Leadership to influence roadmap priorities, packaging and go-to-market choices.

Commercial Narrative, Proof & Field Activation • Own the foundational product story, pitch narrative, messaging frameworks and customer value propositions that underpin commercial content and enablement. • Partner with Product, Analytics and Customer Success to develop defensible proof points, performance evidence and customer stories that support outcome-led selling. • Work closely with the Commercial Learning & Content Lead to translate approved source messaging into pitches, playbooks, learning and certifications. • Partner with the Commercial Effectiveness Lead and Revenue managers to understand how positioning performs in real customer conversations and refine it based on field evidence.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in Product Marketing within adtech, martech, media platforms or complex B2B technology.
  • A proven owner of differentiated product positioning and major GTM initiatives, with evidence of customer adoption, competitive success or commercial impact.
  • Deep familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, media buying, performance optimization and measurement is strongly preferred; direct adtech platform experience is particularly valuable.
  • An exceptional strategic storyteller and writer who can simplify complex AI and data technology without relying on vague claims or jargon.
  • Commercially fluent in enterprise buying behavior, segmentation, ICP strategy and the realities of competitive sales cycles.
  • Skilled in customer research, competitive analysis, messaging validation and turning market insight into product and GTM decisions.
  • Able to influence Product, Revenue, Customer Success and senior Marketing stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Both strategic and hands-on: comfortable developing the narrative personally, pressure-testing it with sellers and customers, and driving execution at pace.
  • High standards for evidence, intellectual curiosity and a bias toward measurable market and customer impact.

First Six Months

  • Audit existing Q+ and platform positioning, customer evidence, competitive claims and field feedback; identify the highest-impact gaps in our narrative.
  • Conduct structured conversations with customers, prospects, sellers and Product stakeholders to validate buyer problems and differentiated value.
  • Deliver a clear, evidence-based messaging and competitive positioning framework for priority ICPs and use cases.
  • Build a repeatable GTM and competitive intelligence cadence and activate refreshed messaging through Commercial Learning & Content, Revenue and Integrated Marketing.

Success Measures

  • Clear, differentiated and evidence-backed positioning that is consistently adopted across customer-facing teams.
  • Successful GTM execution and stronger adoption of priority products and capabilities.
  • Improved relevance of messaging to priority ICPs, verticals and buyer personas, informed by customer and field feedback.
  • A credible, actionable competitive intelligence capability that helps teams respond effectively to competitive pressure.
  • Demonstrable contribution to qualified pipeline, product adoption and competitive conversion, measured in partnership with Revenue and other GTM leaders.

Why This Role Matters

Q+ creates a major opportunity for Quantcast to change how buyers understand and experience performance advertising. Technology alone will not win that opportunity. You will shape the commercial story that connects our innovation to customer needs, clarifies why Quantcast is different, and helps our teams win in a crowded, rapidly evolving market.

At Quantcast, we craft offers that reflect your unique skills, expertise, and geographic location. On top of a competitive salary, this position includes a performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
