We are seeking a Senior Delivery Environment Manager (DEM) to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for 100+ applications, ensuring environment readiness, stability, and coordination across a complex banking IT landscape. The role focuses on planning, orchestration, monitoring oversight, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SPOC for 100+ applications, ensuring environment readiness and operational stability
  • Coordinate complex incidents across application and infrastructure teams
  • Lead planning, coordination, and orchestration of cross-functional activities
  • Oversee environment monitoring and scheduling processes (e.g., batch/COB cycles)
  • Drive incident and problem management aligned with ITIL practices
  • Analyze issues and provide structured short- and long-term solutions
  • Collaborate across departments within a financial institution
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and effective knowledge transfer
  • Identify synergies and optimization opportunities across systems and processes

Technical Skills & Tools:

Core Environment & Infrastructure:

  • Strong experience in environment management (mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of complex IT infrastructure landscapes
  • OS knowledge: Linux / Unix / Windows

Monitoring, Scheduling & Collaboration Tools

  • Dynatrace (application & infrastructure monitoring, observability)
  • UC4 / Automic Workload Automation (AWA) (job scheduling & batch management)
  • Jira (incident & task tracking – mandatory)
  • Confluence (documentation & collaboration)
  • ServiceNow / HPSM (incident & service management – preferred)

Integration & Automation

  • REST API knowledge / implementation understanding
  • Basic scripting / automation awareness
  • Exposure to AI-driven monitoring or automation (nice to have)

Databases & Core Banking

  • Oracle / MS SQL (advantage)
  • Temenos Transact knowledge (advantage)

Certifications:

  • ITIL Certification (mandatory – Incident & Problem Management)

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
