Requisitos

Experiência prévia na função de Inside Sales do produto Importação Aérea, no segmento de Freight Forwarder;

Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas e negociação;

Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e ERP.

Atividades

Prospecção ativa de leads qualificados através de diferentes canais (telefone, e-mail e redes sociais);

Qualificação de leads, identificando suas necessidades e fit com a solução oferecida;

Agendamento de reuniões entre os leads qualificados e a equipe de vendas;

Registro e acompanhamento de todas as interações com os leads no CRM; Gerenciar o recebimento e envio de propostas comerciais, utilizando os sistemas da empresa; Atuar na manutenção comercial dos clientes de sua carteira, através de contatos por e-mail e telefone; Fazer o fechamento de negócios que gerem a abertura de novos processos; Cadastrar os clientes e seus requisitos nos sistemas disponibilizados pela empresa; Prestar suporte aos Sales Executives.
